1 That, the tents sizes should only be 2m in length x 2m in width 2 That the cost of booth/tent will be 300Kr if another group or organization wants to share in one tent, the price would now be 500Kr. Maximum of only two groups/organization are allowed per tent. 3 That the use of electricity is strictly prohibited as the power supply in the area of St Hanshaugen is limited. 4 That the setting up of tent, chairs & table for the booth will be the resposiblity of the lesee. That, the after care is the lesee's responsiblity 5 That, organizations whom shall be selling food are therefore limited to 4 dishes only and for two (2) organizations will be correspondingly 8 dishes in maximum 6 That, the maximum tents that can be set up in the area is only 12 pieces. Locations of lesee's tent shall be done thru draw lots on the the Day of celebration. 7 That, the setting up of tents is only from kl 7:00 to 10:00 am For more questions contact the following people:
